Bella Star Holguin Rainwater or Billie as many of her friends call her, is a writer, performer, and storyteller who believes in the power of art to reclaim narratives and uplift the voices that often go unheard. A proud Mexican-American and lifelong creative, she is passionate about stories that speak to identity, heritage, and the complexities of growing up in a world that demands you explain yourself before you’re even understood.
Her debut poetry book, "Untitled document" is set to release in 2025, is a 300-page exploration of love, loss, rage, softness, and survival—crafted to take readers on an emotional journey without chapters, just raw truth. She pours her heart into every line, writing the kinds of poems she wish they had read when she was younger.
When she's not writing, Billie loves theater, psychology, animals, the beach, travel, fashion, reading, and nature. She is endlessly inspired by the resilience of the people around her and the quiet, everyday moments that shape who we are.
For Billie, storytelling is a form of resistance—but also a form of love.
